What I did
Take the burger splash red wine vinegar then splash Worcestershire sauce then fork so that the sauce will permeate the burgers season both sides of burger seasoning place on a wire rack with a drip pan set the oven to broil on high cook for 6 minutes on each side pull let rest
Result and changes
Medium well with a nice caramelized Brown coating
